January 12, 2011 – A new low volume isothermal titration calorimeter was installed in the lab today! This instrument, the nanoITC from TA Instruments, will allow binding experiments to be carried out with 0.3 mL samples volumes. Standard ITC instruments use approximately 2 mL per experiment.
