October 12-15, 2010 – The Third International Folate Symposium on Folate Receptors and Transporters was held at Zion National Park near Springdale, Utah. CD3 and Soca attended and took some fantastic pictures – and learned about advances in folate mediated therapies!
October 9, 2010 – The 1st Annual Watanabe Symposium in Biotechnology is held at Indiana University. This event will be held annually at IUB to honor the memory of August Watanabe, a pioneer physician scientist responsible for the development of many pharmaceutical agents that Eli Lilly has developed over the past two decades. The entire lab attended the symposium while CD3 and Soca presented a talk and poster, respectively.
